PEP is offering a 12-month Product Development Graduate Internship for graduates interested in product innovation and FMCG product development. The intern will support the end-to-end lifecycle of private-label consumer goods, including personal care, food products, baby products, and cleaning products. This opportunity provides exposure to product conceptualization, formulation, packaging, market analysis, and product launch processes while working closely with the New Product Development (NPD) Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the New Product Development (NPD) Manager
• Assist with product research and market trend analysis
• Contribute to product conceptualization and development activities
• Support packaging and branding initiatives
• Assist with product launch preparations
• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Perform administrative and project-related duties as assigned
• Help bridge market trends and consumer needs with product development

Qualifications

• Degree in:
• Food Science
• Marketing
• Business Management
• Graphic Design
• Industrial Design
• South African citizen
• Aged 18–32 years
• Computer literacy (MS Office and Google Suite)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
